Personal data:
We hold the following types of data: name, email address, postal address, phone numbers, information on products or services bought, received or enquired about and video or photo testimonials.
We do not store data on ‘sensitive’ information such as race, religion or sexual orientation. If you attend one of our events, we may temporarily store information on access needs and dietary requirements.
We hold this data because you have bought a product or service from us /given us your details in exchange for a free product or service and/or opted in to our mailing list and/or given us permission to add you to our list. We use this data for staying touch with clients, marketing and research.
We store contact data securely on my personal Mac address book, and also via the email software provider Squarespace and on EventBrite for workshop bookings.
In addition, if you have bought a product or service from us, partially encrypted data is stored via the following reputable and safe companies: Stripe and Squarespace in the same way it would be for anything you buy using a credit card from other companies.
If you attend one of our webinars that you signed in to, your email address is stored via Zoom and in our email database.
We (Calli and Nichola) are the only people with access to your data. This data is stored securely.
If you want to see what data we hold on you, as required by law we will provide it to you within one month. If you request deletion or removal of personal data, we will of course consider the grounds for the request and take appropriate action.
