Working Wonder was founded in 2019 by Calli Louis and Nichola Johnson-Marshall. We are experienced business leaders, marketing and communications specialists, training consultants and facilitators and ICF accredited career coaches.
Our background is in creative and entrepreneurial businesses having spent 20 years in both agency and in-house roles. We have both held leadership positions and have been responsible for business growth and team development.
We have always been changemakers and activists for greater diversity and representation and are passionate about progressive flexible working practices and work happiness.
We are active supporters of many diverse industry networking groups.
